Vice President - F&A Delivery( Diversity)


 Key accountability and responsibilities include :

- Strong Delivery management

- Drive Transformation using DGEM

- Drive Industrialized Intelligent Automation across the portfolio

- Strong People Management (Senior Resources) including Resource Supply Chain Management

- Financial performance (Margin)

- Supporting Growth

- Client satisfaction (Internal & External)

- Working closely within the Practice to ensure identification of - best in class- processes based on internal and external benchmarks/best practices

- Ensure implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Process, Technology and Controls in conjunction with the Delivery Teams (Process and Technology)

- Manage the talent pipeline within the team in conjunction with the Practice Head to ensure organization needs are met to support the growth ambition.

- Managing careers of the Engagement Managers - assigned - to the engagements through job rotation and skill up gradation

- Supports contractual re-negotiations to protect business interests while at the same time maintaining customer satisfaction

- Developing strong networks within the organization, whilst being mindful of internal protocol

Essential Skills and Experience :

1. 18- 25 years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment

2. Should have led large client delivery/portfolio delivery in the F&A space

3. Subject matter expert in the F&A domain - has a high level of expertise on Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R) & Order to Cash (O2C) processes which includes Service Delivery, Automation (incl RPA), Transformation and Innovation

4. Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

5. Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery

6. Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment

7. Ability to influence at senior business levels within the organization

8. Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills

9. Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction

10. Strong commercial awareness and project management ability

11. Experience in change management

12. Transformation mindset
