Qualification - MBA with experience in international marketing / business.

Expereince - 20 to 25 years

Job Description:

- Responsible for international growth strategies, foster key client relationships, and ensure compliance pertaining to trade regulations. Optimize market presence, drive revenue growth, and managing cross-cultural customers and team.

- Responsible for ( P&L). Deliver overall sales volumes & profitability of products as per the business plan.

- Identification of new products and new business opportunities for exports.

- Key account management in overseas geographies , steer strategic alliances and develop new customers.

- Steer new product development through cross functional collaboration team consisting of Product managers, Regulatory team, R&D and project management.

- Develop and implement short term and long-term marketing strategy & business plans for market access of diverse global customers in B2C & B2C segments.

- Ensure adherence to global trade regulations and customs.

- Identify and manage risks associated with international operations.
