Job Description :
- You will be responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent within the IT leadership community.
- Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike.
- Help us establish our executive search capabilities in the region and build a world class reputation for attracting top IT talent
- Spend the vast majority of your time speaking to top, diverse talent in the market to build relationships with them, covey the story of the firm to them, understand their aspirations, etc
- Proactively source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities for both open roles and opportunistically - We always want to be looking at the strongest, most diverse talent
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process - from talent identification, to talent assessment, to candidate generation, to closing - ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Internally you will build relationships and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
