Urgent Opening Equity Swaps TSG - Vice President

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Senior Supervisory responsibility for Mumbai DSP Trade Support, ensuring daily controls are

performed in compliance of regulatory obligations for the trading entity.

- Management of Equity Swap and related hedges life cycle events, including trade amendments,

corporate action and dividend events and allocations (control and client service).

Core Functions :

- Equity Swap trade booking and life cycle management

- Trade processing exceptions

- Position break management

- Cash Equity Hedge position reconciliation

- Position reconciliation, break investigation and resolution

- Process Improvement

- New Product Approvals and Business enablement

- Regulatory Reporting .
