- Overall sales leader responsible for revenue growth and profitability targets.

- Own the business: Manage the PL, cash flow, develop new business models, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them

- Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver across functions
- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals
- Identify the Market, design a Sales Strategy and implement in consultation with SBU Head / CEO
- Preparation of MW Sales Annual Business Plan.
- Aggressively charting & expanding the Business targets, territories, business teams & profitability across all countries & for the company as a whole
- Device review systems and processes and implement
- Leading and monitoring sales team
- Marketing / Branding / Business Development activities
