LOCATION: Mumbai, India

EDUCATION:

- B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. (Only from IIT). Candidates who have completed education from any other institute need not apply.

EXPERIENCE:

- 13 + years

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Should have experience in Product Development in the capacity of Solution Architect.

- Should have worked throughout in technology role, understanding of latest technologies a must.

- Ability to manage large teams in multiple locations.

- Proven people management

- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non-technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service oriented manner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will be responsible for all Technology output, technical innovations and all technical aspects of LCS products.

- Should be able to guide Technical architect team, and manage an entire development team to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

- Oversee daily activities of delivery and provide direction and guidance as needed.

- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.

- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.

- Analyze business requirements, set priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.

- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.

- Make critical business decisions to meet business expectations.

- Able to work on RFP/RFI's

- Able to demo products and get into conversations with CIOs/CTOs of other organizations

- Excellent communication and personality, so as to mentor other technical folks

- Have travelled to other countries. primarily US for product demos and technical deep-dive

- Have written white papers on technical aspects

TECHNOLOGY STACK:

- Experience in handling Technology projects in Java platforms is a must

- Experience in handling other platform and technologies would be an added advantage
