Our Client is a Series A funded global company impacting over 11 countries through live personalized classes on Public Speaking and Creative writing.

Description :

The key responsibilities of this role are as below:

- Defining best practices around code, design, architecture, testability, CI/CD and observability and ensuring 100% alignment to them.

- Providing value-added expertise in engineering design.

- Architecting systems for scale and stability

- Collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines like product, design, and customer success. .

- Constantly engaging with key customers to solicit direct feedback on products and features.

- Working with the executive leadership and product management teams to understand the short-term and long-term product roadmap and aligning that with the technical/non-functional roadmap

Profile :

Key attributes of a successful applicant are as below:

- A technology leader with 8 to 15 years of technology leadership experience at a consumer internet company with a BE/BTech degree from a premium institute

- Experience in Ruby on Rails is preferred but not mandatory. A strong understanding of AI/ML would be an added advantage

- A product person with a design sense

- Experience at building hyper scalable technology products in high growth internet companies

- Strong leadership ability to attract, hire, lead and motivate top tech talent

- A Founder's mindset: the ability to build things from scratch and work with complete autonomy

- Located in Gurgaon or South Delhi or relocatable to these areas and willing to work 6 days a week
