Vice President - Engineering - Digital - FinTech

It is a leadership role to define the technology and product strategy and vision for digital and assisted channels of the organization. Looking for an Engineering Leader (15+ years of experience) in building mobile and web applications for leading B2C product organizations.

Our client is a leading Fintech organization based out of Delhi NCR. With an established brand and innovative products, they are market leaders in the payments and wallets space.

Description :

- Define the technology and product strategy for the segment

- Partner with the business and the product leadership to define and deliver products for this segment

- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals and ensure best development practices

- Build and design innovative digital experience for the customers of the product

Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science from a Tier 1 institute

- 15+ years of experience in mobile and web application development and 8+ years of techno-managerial experience

- Tech stack: Android, iOS, Java, Angula, HTML, CSS, etc. is a must have requirement

- B2C scale experience is a must have requirement

- Strong knowledge of high performance and innovative digital experiences design
