Responsibilities:

- Hiring and managing engineering team across India and United States.

- Ownership of software development life cycle.

- Mentorship, code reviews, product brainstorming, architecture discussions, and anything else that might be required to keep the team productive and our systems compliant and secure.

- Act as the senior leader for the entire team in India, includes teams outside engineering such as Product and Design

What we expect you to have:

- You have 5+ years work experience as part of a core engineering team at a product company.

- Technical. You likely... studied computer science, were formerly a developer, at least occasionally do code reviews, and perhaps maintain a local environment.

- Have a proven track record at a high growth product company.
