Job Description : The role focuses on developing a scalable online B2B platform in the agrotech space. Overseeing the development of SCM & ERP applications from scratch will be the responsibility of the CTO, along with hiring and scaling up an existing team of 30 engineers.

Client Details : Our client is well-funded startup in the agrotech industry, looking to make an impact in the supply chain network of agricultural produce in India.

Description :

- Leading a technology team of 30 engineers and product managers and further scaling it up

- Overseeing the development of an online B2B marketplace and scalable SCM applications

Profile :

Must Haves :

- 10+ years of experience

- Pedigree engineering colleges only

- Prior experience in supply chain, ERP development

- Minimum 4 years in people management with a strong track record of hiring and building quality teams

Good to Haves :

- Past experience in a dynamic, high growth start-up

- Tech Stack: Java, Python, Angular, automation & manual testing

The Ideal Candidate :

- Comes from a Tier 1 engineering college

- Has prior experience in building an online b2b platform/marketplace

- Understands supply chain & ERP application development; has a proven track record in the same
