Our client, a leading global bank is looking for VP - Employee Trading Compliance & Personal Account Dealings for its Legal & Compliance team in Mumbai.

- The role will assume the leadership position in a team to monitor personal investing and account dealings of employees, and make sure these activities are in accordance with regulatory norms and the bank's compliance policy.

- The candidate should come with 10+ years exp in compliance in a global financial institution

- Substantial experience in employee trading compliance, Account dealings

- Work with teams for violations or matters identified

- Should have team leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
