Criteria: Looking for a Person with Extensive experience into four pillar of D&I ( Gender /Cultural Diversity, Vetran /Differently abled/LGBTQ) who have worked in these areas
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for development, and implementation of a comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy within Enterprise Global Services which includes India and Manila), and work closely with the leadership to develop strategies, and execute on the D&I goals and objectives.
- Develops and implements D&I programs, events, in collaboration with business and HR.
- Develops metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity plans and initiatives.
- Monitors and reports D&I metrics, and makes recommendations as appropriate.
- Conducts reviews to discuss progress and credibly challenges any barriers towards creating an inclusive workplace. Brings an outside-in perspective, and leads with influence, while working with leaders
- Maintains good industry connect, benchmarks trends, and policies. Stays current on D&I programs, and global D&I trends and developments
- 15 + years of overall experience, with at least 8-10 years in D&I, and an acknowledged diversity champion in the industry.
