Vice President/Director - Internal Audits with Global Bank

We are looking for Internal Auditor for one of the leading multinational banks.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Providing quality assurance and influence your stakeholders to improve audit quality by using your internal audit technical skills and knowledge of various practices.

- Perform quality assurance work on complex and large-scale audits, including high or medium-high risk-related audit universe entities

- Managing workload to make sure internal audits processes are getting delivered within the stipulated budgets and timelines

- Engaging with stakeholders and making sure they have a clear understanding of business risks

- Leading a team and supporting recruitment and talent performance management activities, alongside the design and execution of the IA methodology training programme

- Directing meaningful business change through the delivery process and championing continuous improvements of our methodology and quality standards

Skills Required:

- A detailed knowledge of the regulatory environment

- Should have a background in Internal Audits.

- Prior experience in risk management and audits.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge in monitoring and testing effective controls

- The ability to assess and priorities data effectively

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
