Role: Assist Private Equity Senior Controller and group CFO in managing the people, process and enabling technology necessary to support Private Equity funds. Responsibilities include quarter-end accounting and NAV review, review of financial statements and leading on audits, ad hoc reporting for management, internal clients and investors, and performance reporting. Responsibility for overseeing books and records for the flagship Private Equity funds and related Co-Investment funds.

- Lead the financial and operational team responsible for investor reporting, compliance with the fund agreements, management reporting

- Review valuation memos and report to the Senior Controller any issues and assist in remediation

- Work with Corporate Controllers to report and record all monthly and quarterly corporate reporting (carried interest income, GP direct interest)

- Work with internal and external tax counsel on investor tax reporting and investment structuring.

- Work alongside the investment teams on deal closings, restructurings, financings

- Liaise with Marketing and Investor Servicing teams on quarterly reporting and ad-hoc investor requests

- Complete ad hoc and special projects and initiatives as directed

- General support for Fund CFO and Senior Controller
