VP/ Director Fraud Management


Head of Fraud, India

- This role serves as the overall head of our Fraud business in India and is responsible for driving the growth of our India Fraud business through the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies while also ensuring the viability and performance of our suite of fraud products, aligned to our regional and global objectives and strategies. The role reports directly to the Head of Solutions, India, with indirect/matrix reporting and accountability VP of Global Fraud Solutions, part of our Global Fraud Solutions team.

- With overall responsibility for the fraud solution portfolio, the leader in this role will span multiple disciplines including strategy, GTM and commercial support, product management and financial planning. Some of these areas will be within the direct remit of the role while others will be led and influenced indirectly by effectively leveraging and maximizing our matrix organization.

- Go-to-Market Planning and Execution

- You will lead the India Fraud Solution Consulting team, bringing together the right mix of practitioner experience, product expertise, technical knowledge, market knowledge, sales experience to work with the wider India sales team to maximize success and conversion rates of pipeline

- You will be the senior leader of Fraud for the India business and will be expected to represent TransUnion as needed in senior client engagements.

- You will be a domain expert in the fraud market with a deep understanding of market challenges by sector, competitor and solution landscape and be well connected across senior key stakeholders in customers and prospects alike.

- You will use this foundation to engage and collaborate with your India functional GTM colleagues to support the broader fraud LOB's business needs (market planning, product marketing, R&C, marketing and training and development)

- In addition to supporting sales engagements as needed, you will work with the Sales team to proactively develop sector-specific GTM and sales plans; applying productive pressure to Sales to ensure pipeline growth and conversion is sufficient to meet/exceed revenue growth

- Provide product training, upskilling of the sales teams in fraud solutions. You will be responsible for championing the cause for value propositions, value selling, solution selling, ensuring all relevant CBIs are understood by wider sales teams

Strategy and Management:

- You are responsible for developing a clear coherent market-back strategy for India Fraud business that incorporates GTM, Product and aligns with Global strategy objectives

- Identify market trends and develop India fraud strategies to address market trends, resulting in increased market share.

- You will be responsible for developing any associated business cases needed to acquire resource needed to exploit any identified market trends

- Equally you will be responsible for early identification of any market trends that could negatively impact Fraud & ID business and developing strategy to mitigate against the risk

- You will be responsible for management and development of talent to ensure India Fraud team exceeds business objectives

Product Development and Management:

- Your deep domain expertise and customer engagement will ensure you provide voice of customer feedback to the product teams to drive new innovation

- You will work closely with Product to provide all required metrics for building of product business cases

- You will form a key part of the PDLC process with sign off on all new product developments for Fraud & ID and ensure the GTM objectives are represented

- You will influence the product roadmap across new and existing products, ensuring that products are managed throughout their lifecycle, including sunset

- You will have indirect (matrix) leadership responsibilities for the local fraud product manager(s)
