Job Title : Vice President - Digital Technology and Innovation

The Vice President - Digital Technology & Innovation is responsible for :
- Have a clear understanding of Digital disruptions & how organizations can leverage the digital technologies to innovate & differentiate.
- Digital Thought Leader, who has a clear view of the long-term digital trends & its influences to the businesses.
- Possess the combination of both Technology as well as Domain/functional understanding to lead Digital transformation of a global organization.
- Providing strategic and tactical technology leadership for digital initiatives.
- Act as technology and innovation lead, providing architecture and digital technology oversight and guidance.
- Help translate project and product requirements into functional technology implementations, provide formal supervision and coaching for the technology and innovation team and set direction to inspire the continuous improvement of technology policies, standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with business leaders and senior leadership team to set a clear digital roadmap & execute forward thinking projects aligned to the organization's IT vision.
- Support rapid expansion of productive relationships and strategic partnerships that result in high number of relevant and innovative pilot programs.
- Establish and guide appropriate innovation processes to facilitate innovative client solutions and new digital media platforms.
- Demonstrate leadership expertise to establish strategic direction as well as significant depth of technical expertise in new technology evaluation.
- Expertise in business domain and business process analysis.
- Success within this position will be marked by leading the implementation of forward-thinking technology projects and digital solutions, building credibility with business leaders by developing deep, trusting relationships; and bringing noteworthy, successful strategic digital innovation to our businesses.

- Understanding of digital innovation trends and their strategic
- Ability to rapidly comprehend the benefit and potential use of new technologies and platforms
- Strategic thinking with the ability to quickly understand business challenges as well as the innovation needs within the organization.
- Excellent networking and communication skills as well as a strong service orientation.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to promote change and motivate people to follow.
Education And/Or Experience :
- 8-10+ years experience with large scale digital technology engagements.
- Advanced knowledge of modern best practices for digital design and development.
- Overall 15 - 20 years of work experience in end-user IT companies.
MBA from premium institutes & have worked in Tier 1 companies leading Digital engagements.
