Job Description:
- Expertise in Sales and Marketing strategy for digital user acquisition, engagement, traffic & brand development.
- Setting up processes, hiring & developing a team to handle marketing channels - social, search, display, email/sms, product & visual design
- Managing media planning, buying and negotiations across digital platform. Handling a vast vendor / agency network.
- Customer Acquisition, responsible for developing and implementing the online customer acquisition strategy including projects to move towards complete sales force automation with cost conscious focus
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with various social media marketing technologies, platforms and practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience
- Lead development of customer interfaces and launch complete paperless process (digital) for acquiring new customers on various platforms such as using the website and mobile platforms
- Develop effective integrated cross-channel campaigns
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Exceptional People Management Skills. Adept at leading large teams, managing cross-functional teams & engaging internal and external stakeholders on business-critical initiatives
- Sound experience in leading Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Management, Internet, Market Place Start-ups, Strategic Alliances and Brand Alliances
