Vice President - Digital Media

Whizz HR is looking for enthusiastic and passionate VP Digital Media to work with leading digital media agencies in India.

These agencies have won multiple awards and work with clients across the globe.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Director Media to join India's top 5Marketing Agency.

This position is responsible for leading portfolio planning for enterprise level clients, providing innovative, digital media solutions and ensuring well planned and successful execution.

Responsibilities:

- Manage key senior day to day client relationships and oversee the client media planning process from inception through final delivery.

- Integration of digital channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic etc) into the media plan and service.

- Identify business opportunities and solutions and drive innovation and digital impact.

- Be a part an integral of the pitch team.

- Recruit, develop, mentor and manage the Digital Media Team.

- Finalizes and presents Media Objectives and Strategy documents for larger efforts and periodic quarterly and annual planning.

- Financial management of team resources.

- Responsible for Media Audit and success of the teams during the audit process.

- Leads client meetings.

- Viewed as a strong strategic resource for client.

- Respected as a senior leader of the broader team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.

- 15+ years of experience in digital media strategic planning/buying at an advertising agency.

- In-depth understanding of digital media planning, strategy, negotiation, and implementation.

- Actively participated in agency new business pitches.

- Experience working on a direct response and/or brand account is preferred.

- Travels required for business pitches.

- We need a combination of Integrated Media experience where the person has ATL/BTL/Mainline and Digital experience.
