The right person will head the team of 63 digital marketing people. You should have an excellent experience in handling the digital marketing effort of large organisations of could have been with a Large digital marketing company.

While we are looking at an overall experience of about 12-15 years as you will head the vertical, you should have headed the DM effort in the last 5 years.

This is a senior digital marketing head profile. As a director you will head the DM effort for all products and lead a team of over 60 people and manage business of over Rs.1800 crores. The business comes form India and International clients, both B2C and B2B.

Heading the Digital Marketing & Engagement Initiatives

Develop digital asset and digital presence strategy by adapting creative insights.

Design & develop strategy for Shop Cart Optimization, Cross-Sell, Up-Sell and higher average order value.

Design the strategy for creating the Digital Platform for the Group to ensure online Brand Building.

Develop strategy for Search Engine Optimization with the focused Keyword Research & Analysis, On & Off Page Optimization, Content Seeding with the single mined focus to improve the search ranking and to increase the traffic volume in the web site.

Give direction to the team members to Create on-line brand and business driven campaigns by using search and display network for generating on-line leads to develop database.

Develop social media strategy to roll out structured social media campaigns in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube, Instagram to ensure visibility, awareness, engagement and conversion.

Responsible for creating the strategy to Monitor the performance of digital marketing initiatives through Business analytics.

Synergize with on/off line branding strategies with PR Campaigns and Corporate Communications (Internal + External)
