One of our clients which is a start up in Healthcare Fintech is looking for a senior digital marketing professional.
1. Own Strategy, Planning & Execution of Digital Marketing Calendar
2. Develop a Leading Brand Imagery across multiple online portals around the company
3. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media etc. Oversee the company's social media accounts. Drive quality and dissemination of online content.
4. Highly analytical with attention to executing at the lowest level of detail. - Identify and implement and guide relationships with affiliates and partners that can improve digital performance.
5. Adept with performance marketing metrics and tactics. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
6. Drive customer engagement & Retention
7. Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
8. Out of the Box Thinking to create new ways of interacting with customers and enhancing the CX
9. Lead the digital marketing P&L end to end
Must Haves:
- Have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in performance marketing, in B2C or FinTech preferred.
- Deep expertise in acquisition and some experience with retention marketing; you need to be hands-on
- You know what it takes operationally day in and day out to bring the strategy to life
- You've led a successful multi-channel customer experience communication strategy with customer engagement at the core
- Excellent written communication skills and command of the English language
