Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about the education industry and is keen to make a difference to Indian education.
This person will join the team in the position of Director, Consumer Growth, and will be responsible for hitting aggressive consumer growth targets via content marketing, SEO, PPC as well as offline marketing.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth.
- Identify target customer segments in the formulation of customer acquisition strategies.
- Devise and execute growth hacking techniques, to achieve growth with a low acquisition cost.
- Seek out new partnerships towards acquiring new consumers.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals.
- Manage Marketing Budget across various online and offline marketing activities.
Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree a plus.
Professional Experience :
- 10+ years managing online & offline customer acquisition campaigns in a fast paced growth environment.
- Proven track record with achieving consumer growth via content, SEO, and other growth hacking techniques.
- Experience in managing paid PPC campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical abilities to understand various business metrics, to drive marketing decisions.
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus.
