Job description :
VP- Digital Marketing will lead the digital endeavors of the Company and help the company establish leadership in the category and anchor Digital Transformation to benefit all stake holders including Customers, Distributors and Employees.
Key Accountabilities :
- Manage digital endeavors of Company and help the company establish leadership in the category.
- Set up Online Sales platforms for the company.
- Drive online sales as a P&L responsibility
- Drive Digital Transformation to benefit all stake holders including Customers, Distributors and Employees
- Generate leads for all sales channels using digital channels.
- Work with IT to equip the organization with best possible infrastructure and deliver best in class experience across devices.
- Manage existing portals like website, mobile applications, and social channels.
- Manage all relationships with digital agencies, develop vendors, service providers etc.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Digital and good exposure in a life insurance company- the person must have managed ecommerce in his / her last role. Preferably for a life insurance company.

- Excellent Communication Skills, Self-Starter, leadership skills
Performance Measures
- Online Sales and P&L responsibility for online sales
- Lead generation through Digital Channels for all Sales Channels
