Delivery team is comprised of marketing professionals from a variety of backgrounds who drive growth and retention in our current client portfolio, largely consolidated within the Fortune 500 companies. These are spread across areas such as Paid Channel Management, SEO, Digital Analytics, Conversion Optimization and Web Design & Development.

Job Description:

Core responsibilities:

- This role is responsible for the success of project delivery and achieving the goals of client satisfaction, quality and project management effectiveness across the organization

- The person will play the role of a chief problem solver across multiple projects and directly mentor the group of Engagement Managers in India

- Will be responsible for achievement of the organization level metrics and initiatives for Delivery Quality, Resource planning, employee satisfaction, and gross margin of Delivery

- Digital marketing advisor and coach to Engagement Managers on all aspects of digital channel execution (SEO, Paid Channels, Analytics) and effective program management techniques

- He/she will lead the delivery organization consisting of cross functional teams of digital marketing solutions (SEO, paid search, display, Analytics, etc.) and be responsible for strategic planning for growth of the center and its long term success.

- He/she will lead resource planning, delivery effectiveness plans, delivery monitoring and reporting, risk management, and change management, etc.

- People management responsibility for 20+ managerial resources and overall span of ~400 people organization.

Key skills required

- At least 15 + years of post- MBA experience in marketing, strategy or business consulting roles, a mix is preferred

- 5+ years of experience in a role with significant people management responsibility

- Working knowledge of key digital business practice areas, and familiarity with Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, User Experience and more. Some specialization in SEO or SEM a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with global teams comprised of multiple cities, cultures and commensurate time zones

- Impeccable organization skills, exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form

- Autonomous, multi-tasking work style
