What are we looking for ?


- Leading Digital Agency, is looking for an experienced, results-driven executive to lead and manage our team of 100+ experts in SEO, Content, Analytics, Strategies.


- Head of Digital should have exceptional knowledge of all disciplines of digital, proven experience in managing and leading team across various discipline.


- Incumbent should understand current and future digital trends and should be a hands-on practitioner for strategies and tactics.


- Candidate should have customer centric mindset and the ability to operate on both a strategic, tactical level.


Responsibilities :


- Head of Digital will be overseeing delivery, strategic vision and operational execution for all the departments:


- Lead all efforts and goals on all client campaigns - organic and digital paid media: SEO, Display, Social, Content, App Install etc.


- Lead and manage all digital campaigns - from ideation to planning to optimization and performance analysis.


- Omnichannel Strategies Deployment


- Customer Journey Mapping, Gap Analysis, Need Identification and Strategies and Solution


- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact


- Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams


- RFP/Presales Support


- Flagship account growth


- Building High Performance culture


- Branding and Strategy for in house brand - manage in-house team, Partnerships, PR, Awards and brand strategy


- Manage team of 100+ digital marketing specialists


- Manage the marketing budget to achieve customer acquisition targets


Key Skills Set/Requirements :


- 10+ years experience in digital marketing with 2-3+ Years experience in Head / Director / GM of Digital Marketing role.


- Strong digital marketing skills across performance and brand marketing including search, content and social


- Proven track record building SEO, Content Marketing strategy from scratch


- Proven track record building social media strategy from scratch


- Thorough understanding and hands on experience of online marketing, audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Mixpanel, Appsflyer etc.


- Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


- Strong communication skills


- Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams


- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills


- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive


- We are looking for a hands-on leaders only and not pure people managers.


Good to Have :


- Experience in offline/brand marketing would be a plus.


- Experience with Marketing Automation


- Education from Tier 1 technology/ management institutes would be a plus.
