Vice President - Digital Lending Personal Loans - FinTech

Looking for VP / SVP - Digital Lending Personal Loan (Unsecured lending) based in Delhi location with one of the Fintech organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Design and Innovation:

- Designing and developing new financial products and services tailored to meet the evolving needs of customers.

- Formulating innovative underwriting policies to ensure responsible lending practices and mitigate risk.

2. Marketing and Business Development:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote both existing and new products.

- Identifying market trends and opportunities to enhance the company's competitive position and market share.

3. Team Management:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals towards achieving common goals.

- Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital lending industry, specializing in providing instant loans.

- Proven track record of leadership and success in driving growth and innovation within a digital lending platform.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. CA/ MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in product development, underwriting, and marketing within the digital lending sector.

- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability to drive business growth and profitability.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
