Job Responsibilities :
- Construct a digital marketing road map, resulting in an integrated strategy to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and marketing ROI
- Rapidly execute, test and optimize the digital marketing road map to improve marketing ROI
- Increase digital customer engagement and acquisition
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals
- Work cross-functionally with other business units to advance strategic initiatives.
- Define key measures of success and provide transparency into the performance of those initiatives
- Assist with defining the ROI of all proposed plans and report on the actual ROI post-implementation based on a rigorous system of performance and attribution
- Remain keenly aware of new consumer behaviour, monitor competitive and market trends to drive new features and work closely with the sales team/Customer Service to develop innovative solutions for marketing Vantage's products.
- Provide competitive analysis on all current and future product/feature offerings
- Manage and represent to external partners and vendors when defining requirements that require integration with third-parties.
- Manage email campaign strategy and execution, reporting and analysis
- Present reporting frequently to senior management, the product marketing team and channel owners
- Work closely with the overall database function to drive synergy and share insights on customer file along with developing a multi-channel view of the customer.
- Search engine optimization/marketing (SEO/SEM) programs reporting and analysis.
- Generate and implement test strategies to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and copywriters on SEO strategies
- Understand and report on traffic trends, funnel analysis, customer behaviour.
- Highly collaborative role requiring successful interaction with internal constituents and vendor partners.
- Develop, attract, hire, manage and motivates a skilled team.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Candidates from INTERNET/eCOMMERCE Industry
- Experience in B2B marketing is MUST
- 8+ years- experience in digital marketing, with at least 4+ years in digital marketing at the strategic, leadership level.
- Previous management experience with a staff of 3 or more
- Thorough knowledge of email best practices and associated legal restrictions
- Knowledge of and comfort with a variety of online tools, inclusive of content management systems, CRM, and web analytics
- Creative thinking, exceptional analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in digital marketing.
- An innovative, positive, resilient and self-directed attitude - interested in - figuring out- solutions.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
