About our Client - Our clients is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are looking for a Vice President- Digital Analytics who would lead the initiative on digital analytics vertical for their branded card business.

Job Description - As a Vice President, you would be a part of the senior leadership team and play a role in defining strategic direction for the group. In addition, you would be responsible for :

- Deliver high quality digital analytical insights and recommendations

- Improving customer experience on digital platforms (website, internet banking portal, email, mobile banking applications etc.)

- Able to understand customer expectations, industry best practices, current gaps and technical constraints, participate in developing the roadmap, drive requirements and partner with US team members to implement the recommended strategies.

The Successful Candidate - As a Successful Applicant, you need to have :

- Working knowledge of digital analysis tools like Site Catalyst, Web trends, Google analytics, Omniture etc. and exposure to Big Data platforms and tools (HDFS, Hive, Pig etc).

- 9-14 Years Experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry

- A Masters or Doctoral degree with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline

- Working knowledge of analysis tools and techniques e.g. SAS, Segmentation techniques, predictive modeling etc.

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

- Experience in one or more financial services businesses (cards, retail bank, mortgage etc)
