VP Sales - Digital Ad Sales- Leading Platform
We are looking for Head Sales for our client which is worlds leading Platform.
As VP Sales , you will be responsible for coming in and establishing processes across all verticals and planning the growth of each. We are looking for an extremely driven, ambitious, dynamic individual with strong business acumen for this role. You will also be developing and executing company sales plans and implementing tools & strategies to increase sales and company growth.
JD :
Working in direct conjunction with the Founders on a regular basis to scale the business and meet targets;
- Lead a young and robust team comprising sales, business development and account management and operations;
- Own the PnL metrics for the entire business unit
- Lead and drive business development strategy and communication, deliver strategic objectives and oversee demand planning internally
- Evaluate the performance of sales and account management groups against established metrics and expectations;
- Putting forth a Business Growth vision and a multi year strategy that everyone can rally behind
- Breaking down strategy into well prioritized quarterly roadmaps & demonstrating executional excellence
- Identify any potential risks from the client side from the perspective of business stability and take appropriate actions to mitigate the same
- Set & manage expectations so that contracts, objectives and initiatives are met effectively
- Manage proposal quoting, cost analysis, reports, budgets, supply utilization analysis and capital expenditure management as needed.
- Manage team meetings including plan update and status, monthly plan and forecast review, weekly team meetings, communications across all teams, plan status updates, priority setting based on plan requirements.
- Driving the go-to-market strategy for launches & partnerships
- Structuring and building the team by demonstrating strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using resources to effectively and seamlessly support client's business;
- Coaching, involving and inspiring the growth and development of other team members by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities;
- Prior Team leading, Growth & Sales experience for 12+ years
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders;
- Proven track record of driving results through influence and negotiation;
- Ideally, 8+ years of experience handling P&L
- Strong experience working in dynamic environments & multitasking;
