As an VP Operations Delivery (VPOD) your role is to take ownership of operating business processes and creating client deliverables.
- The role will involve managing Sales operations and supporting Sales and Marketing team for efficient clients servicing on an ongoing basis with the following elements.
- Operate processes for clients on a regular basis. This includes the following: Synthesizing data, performing quality checks and creating error free deliverables.
- Understand operating rules, data, and processes.
- Use and updated clearly defined checklists to ensure all process steps are followed.
- Interact with internal teams to resolve any issues with process inputs.
- Must have 4 years of Delivery Operations experience with any Tech/CRM driven companies such as Zoho, SalesForce, SugarCRM, Pipedrive, Insightly, Desk, HappyFox, Kayako, Salesboom, Inventive SMi, Udesk and Maximizer etc
