Vice President - Delivery Management - IT

The Vice President - Delivery is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire software delivery and deep customer-engagement process, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of SaaS products and solutions, CR's and escalations.

They will work with development teams, project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to drive the software development process, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget (P&L responsibility), and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all the existing and growing Live ARR Portfolio is very well managed with happy customers in-markets and globally.

- Ensure all the existing and growing Live ARR Portfolio of customers want to expand thru new product lines / new market expansions.

- Have a team of competent Techno-Functional people with strong P&L to implement support / do CR's or pilot new product lines.

- Work closely with GTM, Founder to implement strong commercial profitability.

- Own the P&L for a large cluster of customers across different service types like professional services, support services and SaaS licensing

- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues that arise during the development process.

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Work closely with the core product team to ensure that the product backlog is given the right prioritization and the product stays current.

- Continuously improve software delivery processes and practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.

- Meet with and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and requirements are understood and met. Step in to resolve any escalations as needed.

Requirements and Experience:

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 18+ years of overall experience in Software Delivery with 10+ years of experience in software project management.

- Experience managing distributed and remote engineering teams and working with large portfolio of diverse customers and a healthy account book.

- Proven ability to keep customers engaged, happy and well-attended to - to ensure growth.

- Commercially savvy and treats a healthy P&L as a top priority

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SaaS product operations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Experience working with clients and stakeholders, and managing relationships.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.

- The Vice President - Delivery, is a key role within the enterprise, and requires a high level of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership ability. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful management of a vast and varied portfolio of accounts with immense growth potential in these accounts.

- Continuously ensuring that the software development process is efficient, effective, and delivers high-quality products that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.

- Will report to the Founder.
