Vice President - Delivery Lead - Collections Strategy - GCC

We're Hiring: VP, Collections Strategy Delivery Lead - Remote (GCC)

Are you a strategic leader in Collections Strategy with a passion for innovation and execution? We are looking for a VP, Collections Strategy Delivery Lead to join a leading Global Capability Center (GCC) in a fully remote capacity.

Role Overview:

As the VP, Collections Strategy Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Collections Strategy Delivery Infrastructure Support team, managing key platforms such as Experian PowerCurve, Strategy Manager, and Fiserv Rules. You will drive application upgrades, strategy implementation, and automation efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Strategy Delivery Infrastructure Support: Oversee application upgrades, coding, testing, validation, and transformation projects for critical collections strategy platforms.

- Manage Strategy Implementation: Spearhead the development and deployment of collections strategies across phone and alternate channels using Experian PowerCurve (Strategy Manager), Fiserv Rules, and SAS.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Collections Contact Strategy, Operations, and Process Owners to drive streamlined coding, testing, and implementation.

- Data & Validation Management: Lead a team responsible for validating collection strategies, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining robust control frameworks.

- Automation & Innovation: Drive automation efforts, leveraging SAS, SQL, UNIX, VBA, and Excel to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 10-15 years of experience in Collections Strategy, Strategy Design Studio, Strategy Manager, or TRIAD.

- Hands-on experience in Experian PowerCurve (Strategy Manager), Fiserv Rules, SAS Power Curve, FICO Blaze, DMP, and SAS FM.

- 3+ years of data warehouse experience and 5+ years in design, testing, and control of large-scale data processing environments.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in SAS, SQL, UNIX, Mainframe, VBA, and Excel.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST
