VP - Delivery - IT Services

Our client is into IT services for healthcare.

The role :

- Take complete responsibility for successful delivery of all allocated projects/accounts.

- Meets SLAs and TATs.

- Ensure project profitability and drives gross margins.

- Manage communication between Delivery teams offshore and onsite.

- Manage relationships with Project and the Program Managers in India and the US.

- Sets and manages client expectations.

The Person :

- Should have 15 years experience

- Must be from a mid sized IT services organisation.

- Must have handled US market.

- Preferably from healthcare domain.
