Our Client is a US Based Healthcare IT Services Company having their Offshore Delivery Centre in Bengaluru.

- Being totally dedicated to the Healthcare Sector, they have a good presence in the Business Ecosystem in this domain spread across Payers, Providers and Technology Partners and Platforms.

- Over the years they have developed matured practices and processes and have aligned well with evolving technologies to facilitate Healthcare Delivery across multiple devices leveraging contemporary technologies.

- In line with their aggressive growth plans, we are looking for a Delivery Leader at the level of a Vice President to be based at their India Offshore Delivery Centre at Bengaluru, India

Broad Responsibilities would encompass the following :

- Overall responsibility of the Delivery function for the allocated Businesses / Customers

- Manage Account wise / Project wise Profitability along-with Customer Satisfaction

- Risk Management and Compliance

- Define and Implement processes for enhanced Productivity and Profitability

- Efficient and Effective Budgeting and Related Controls to ensure that all aspects of the Engagement are covered and have visibility

- Maintaining Accuracy on Invoicing and Billing Activities in line with Customer and Vendor Contracts and aligned to Management Commitments

- Inputs for Proposal Making / Estimation and Practice Development

- Recruitment and Resourcing aligned to Corporate Policies. Staffing needs for Projects to maximize Productivity and Profitability

- Effectively Communicate with Onsite and Offshore Delivery Teams and ensure that there is clarity across all Stakeholders within and outside the Delivery Organization and the Top Management

- Ensure alignment to Prescribed Quality Systems and standards and equip and facilitate the team to improve Delivery and enhance Customer Satisfaction

- Guide and Mentor Managers and other team members especially fresh talent

- Develop Future Leaders

- Team Management and Development

- Anticipate changing Customer needs and proactively propose effective solutions

- Account Mining and increasing wallet-share of customer business for the organization

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate Engineer preferably with Post Graduation in Management. PMP Certification would be a definite plus

- Should have worked in a Fast-growing Mid-Sized IT Services Organization and be familiar with challenges associated with Mid-Sized Companies which are on the growth track.

- Proven track record in managing Offshore and Onsite (typically US based) teams in a IT Services Setup

- Ability to quickly respond to Customer and Top Management demands on various Business Issues across time zones

- Though exposure of having worked in the Healthcare Domain is a definite advantage, would prefer someone who has handled Application Development and Application Maintenance with interfaces across Multiple Devices and Web-based IT environments.

- Exposure to Domains which are sufficiently regulated by Local and International Laws like Financial Services, Insurance would be preferred. However, Domain exposure would not be a limitation
