Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Mortgages Service Delivery leader.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Mortgages Vertical, you will be responsible for :

- Heading the Operations unit handling

- Default Servicing of Mortgages for a large client

- Managing the Service Delivery and P & L account for the client

- Managing global and internal stakeholders

- Driving improvements and managing client expectations

- Leading and mentoring team members in the business unit

- Driving error free operating environment by focusing on Opportunities for error and mitigating the risks

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a graduate with a minimum of 16 years of experience in Mortgage Operations primarily in Default Servicing. You come with extensive experience in Operations, Service Delivery and P&L management for clients.

- You have managed a team size of at least over 500 FTEs and you possess strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
