Vice President - Debt

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Developing financial strategies at an organizational level by contributing to financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations

- Leading debt fund-raising by building and leveraging network with banks, financial institutions and rating agencies for funding & reducing costs

- Owning financial responsibilities including financial reporting, budgetary management and presentation to the Management, Shareholders Committees and to the Board of Directors

- Monitoring and reviewing finance and treasury policies, procedures and practices in line with accounting standards, legal requirements and good industry practice.

- Ensuring prudent management of the Company's cash flows and associated financial risk exposures in line with Board approved directives/strategies.

- Driving business improvement initiatives such as improved enterprise cost reduction, procurement, pricing execution and other process improvements and innovation

- Spearheading cost leadership and optimization efforts across all sectors of the business with the view to optimize utilization of assets Participating in the corporate decision-making process as a member of the Management Team with joint responsibility for the development of long-term corporate strategies and company policies

- Responsible for Fixed Income Desk which caters business development.

- Clients' segments serviced includes Retirement funds, Banks treasuries, HNI, Corporates, cooperative banks and regional rural banks.

- Responsible for P&L for Debt vertical. Planning and executing the different key drivers for business development in sync with Management goals.

- Responsible for Business development in Debt segment through IFA channel, Distribution and wealth management vertical.

- Responsible for relationship management, Identifying and originating the deals from State Govt undertakings, PSU and Corporate clients with focus on Debt capital market.

- Responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the team
