Vice President - Debt Capital/Structured Finance with Global Bank in Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Work with securitization and fund financing Capital Market teams.

- Preparing the pitch book reports and reviewing & analyzing the DCF, DDM model.

- Leading team of 15 Members including senior & junior.

- Looking for a dynamic individual for leading the Debt Capital Markets team, supporting senior global bankers by, driving content delivery for pitching efforts for primary market bond mandates, providing corporate finance advisory, supporting fixed income bond transactions.

- This is a senior role based out of Gurugram location, where you will be working with Investment Grade / High Yield Debt Capital Market teams across corporate sector alongside leading a high performing team.

- Supporting senior bankers across regions in global markets domain and supporting transaction executions & transaction.

- Creating a culture of continuous improvement to increase productivity

- Presenting insights to convey technical information to appropriate audience

- Monitor emerging industry trends and keep yourself up-to-date with external factors

Skills Required:

- Excellent leadership skills with experience of leading multiple teams

- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills

- Ability to solve complex business problems
