Vice President - Deal Structuring/Origination & Analytics - BFS

As a Vice President in the Deal Origination team, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of 30 individuals providing front office support for Deal Origination, Structuring and Execution in Corporate and Fixed Income Debt Capital Markets

- Working with the front office teams in structuring new deals, work on pricing of securities and bonds and assist in strategy formulation

- Manage a team working on macroeconomic research including interest rates research

- Manage senior stakeholders including front office teams

The successful candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years of work experience across areas like debt capital markets, structuring, securities pricing, securitization and macroeconomic research

- Exposure to financial modelling techniques pertaining to securities and bond pricing

- Experience in working in a front office facing role with a leading global financial services institution

- Expertise in financial modelling on tools such as VBA, Python, C++ etc.

- Prior experience in managing teams of a minimum of 20 individuals
