Vice President - Data Science - BFSI - Startup

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership from underwriting to collections of credit risk management for the business.

- Providing analytical tools and insights to empower other functions in the organization.

- Building the decision sciences function for the business from the ground-up.

Requirements:

- At least 8 -12 years of experience in applying analytics and decision sciences to solve business problems in the consumer lending and/or retail domains.

- Bachelors/masters in Statistics, Computer science or Mathematics from internationally reputed institutions.

- Analytically very strong.

- High degree of integrity & energy.

- Startup/entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial experience is a must.

- Experience in Indian consumer lending industry is a plus.
