Looking for Female leaders having 12-18years of experience in Data Management with strong team handling experience

Job Scope:

- Analytics & Information Management (AIM) group has a partnership with Business Operations Risk & Control (CBORC) teams across Asia, NAM and Mexico

- NAM Controls Monitoring Lead would be leading the engagement to develop Digital Monitoring rules to monitor the effectiveness of Controls as defined by the products and functions. The lead would have 3 verticals - Retail Services, NAM Operations and NAM Consumer

- As the leader of this team, oversee the project delivery within tight timelines, come up with standardized & measurable delivery frameworks and deliver on the business priorities for the year.

- It is imperative for this leader to bring agility, consistency, speed of deployment, innovation and a governance process through a centralized and extensive analytics driven framework

- The role is critical as we build a centralized model for development of Digital Monitoring rules across NAM Lines of Business

- This is a highly visible & challenging role, with direct impact on Global Digital Monitoring Strategy

Key Deliverables:

- Work closely with Business Stakeholders to set the priorities for the team, convert those goals into actionable with a clearly defined delivery plan and outcomes.

- Expand the team into a robust multi-site model (Chennai and Bangalore) with a thorough Continuity of Business (CoB) in place

- Drive innovation - from traditional SAS driven data solutions to next gen tools & techniques like NLP, RPA and Predictive Analytics

- Ensure all processes follow a standard technology-approved SDLC complaint methodology through the adoption of tools like JIRA and BitBucket

- Ensure adherence to strict Project Management discipline through periodic reviews

- Timely resource hiring and onboarding

- Strong Project Management skills with continuous effort to identify and overcome bottleneck.

- Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler form

- Ability to build connections, promote ideas and work collaboratively across all levels of seniority and across boundaries

- Well organized with excellent time management skills

- Self-motivated, focused, detailed oriented and able to work efficiently to deadlines are essential

- Lateral thinker, with ability to manage change and analytical ability to recognize areas of improvement

- Presentations to both technical and non-technical personnel including Senior Management

Domain Skills

- Good understanding of banking domain and consumer products (Cards, Deposit, Loans, Wealth management, Insurance, etc.)

Analytical Skills

- Thorough understanding of project and systems development lifecycle are essential

- Past experience in leading big teams is essential

- Ability to articulate business problem statement into technical requirements

- Data analysis, Data profiling, Data Management skills

- MIS reporting and generate actionable Business Insights

- Exposure to Big data, Python, Text Mining preferred

- Past experience and proven capabilities in driving innovation and efficiencies is a must

- Education Level: Master's / Advanced Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Applications/ Engineering/ MBA from a premier institute

- 12+ years of experience in managing big teams & delivering reporting/Big data solutions, with at least 8 year experience in Banking Industry
