Description
You will be responsible to:
- Manage operations & global tech support
- Focus on US/EMEA market customer accounts
- Ensure resolution of issues within agreed SLAs
- Review all change requests, escalations, service requests and customer satisfaction
- Lead 200+ engineers including senior directors, leads and operations
- Re-design, implement support processes
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- 12+ years of experience
- Must have a long stint in SaaS companies supporting SLAs
- Exposure in US and EMEA region
- Led a big team of more than 100 people
