Looking for an extremely dynamic business leader to lead the Global Customer Success teams at a leading IT Product Company.
The person would head the team that manages the entire customer portfolio world wide which accomplishes full post sales customer lifecycle - Product implementation and launch, training and consulting, driving product adoption and performance, cross sell and upsell and can generate revenue in the farming role.
The role involves leading several specialist teams of Account Directors, Customer Success Strategy & Insights, Customer Success Managers, Managed Services Operations, Product Technical Support, Training and Presales & Partner/Alliance Management.
Desired Candidate -
- 13 to 18 years of experience in IT Product Company
- Should have had revenue generation exposure of at least 5-10 million USD
- Should have handled Global Accounts
- Should have led a team of at least 4-5 account directors
- Excellent team leadership qualities to develop and grow the team
- Experience of business development, hunting & farming of a B2B IT Product is a must
- Relevant Exposure in Customer Success/support and IT Product Management
- Sales & operations management
