Vice President, Customer Success and Account Management
- In this role you will be responsible for building out a robust, Customer Success Program, own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding and training, technical support, referral requests, and cross-selling new products or functionality into our existing customer base.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, 3+ of which should be from a SaaS company.
- Worked in client facing roles in the areas of Onboarding post sales, manage training programs
- Managed Account relationship, conducted NPS surveys and corrective actions to ensure Customer Retention.
- Established, tracked and reported SLA to measure account performance.
- Have worked with Product Design teams to create good content for client material.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Able to effective manage uncertainty, changes.
- Act as voice of customer, providing feedback to improve core product, marketing and sales processes.
- Facilitated forums, utilized surveys and webinar to identify features to be implemented into core product.
- Drive Sales opportunities
- Exposure Marketing, MarTech solutions is desirable.
