- Guide the team in taking up necessary projects that help in achieving the stated objectives
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and strategize plans to achieve portfolio growth and drive profitability
- Ensure that Loyalty program becomes the prime pitch for all channel teams
- Ensure that CLCM journey for entire SA & CA base is defined and implemented
- Ensure that relevant analysis is done on the portfolio base and insights used intelligently for actioning
- Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Undertake training for self and ensure that the team is also provided relevant trainings
Risk:
- Ensure that all dashboards and reports are published correctly and to the relevant recipients only
