A leading Bank, currently among top 5 Banks in India is looking for Vice President - Customer Experience / Service Excellence.

REQUIRED :

- An MBA from a Tier I B-School

- Experience in Customer Experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

This role will serve as a Strategy Partner to the Chief Customer Experience Officer.

- The role holder is responsible for coordinating with Customer Experience businesses for execution of the core strategy, in line with the Bank's vision.

- Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the MD & CEO's vision and organisation's objectives, closely working with the CXO.

- The role holder is also responsible for working closely with key stakeholders in implementation of PAN-Bank strategic projects (Customer service, Complaints management, New initiatives) and addressing any potential roadblocks to success of the projects / initiatives, while ensuring synergy between various functions.

- The role holder will be responsible to critically evaluate the processes bank uses to track, oversee and organize every interaction between a customer and the organization. Throughout the customer lifecycle. The objective is to optimize interactions from the customer's perspective and foster customer loyalty.
