Vice President - Custody & Security Services

Responsibilities:

- Maintain Best In Class production for both operations and IT

- End To End delivery responsibilities for all projects

- Complete adherence to all operational risk topics i.e. resiliency, application security, audit, etc

- All people management aspects including career planning and up skilling for staff

- Holistic stakeholder management skills to sustain NPS of +75

- Challenge status quo to transform the portfolio for efficiency, digital, client experience, etc

- Contribute to department level transformation topics and also to organization transformation

Skills required:

Functional :

- Overview of securities services industry

- Good understanding of custody, clearing and settlement business and operations

- Good understanding of technology delivery and production

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowing French will be a bonus
