Vice President - Credit - Unsecured Business Loan - FinTech

Job Description :

- Role requires a deep understanding and hands on experience of unsecured business loans to businesses and self-employed professionals as well as industry knowledge and market intelligence

- The successful candidate should deliver a profitable small business loan book with immaculate portfolio quality by growing all the revenue pools and business segments

- In-depth understanding of customer needs and design products, processes which deliver differentiated service level

- Enable high quality growth for the retail loan business to meet our strategic objective of AUM in the next 3 - 4 years

- Strong in process building and systems to identify opportunities and assess the risk before attempting such a segment and scale the business in an efficient manner

The Successful Applicant

- CA or MBA/PGDM Finance with at least 10-12 years of experience in credit of handling a zone

- Experience of working in NBFC/MFI or any of the retail bank with India side of business

- Proficient in technology and financial dashboards

- Interpersonal skills with excellent command in written and oral communication
