Vice President - Credit Underwriting & Risk - FIG/Consumer/Retail & Healthcare Domain - Investment Banking

Experience: 12-18 years ( 3+ years of team handling experience is a must)

Job Description:

Role:

- Managing a team of 8-10 professionals in CIB, working closely with US stakeholders to drive key projects in credit underwriting, financial analysis, ratings, and portfolio monitoring.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team supporting - Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) in Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Consumer & Retail, and Healthcare sectors.

- Collaborate with - US stakeholders, VP's, MD's, and the Leveraged Underwriting Group to define work scope and drive integration.

- Work on credit memos, earnings summary analysis, covenant testing, ratings analysis, and liquidity analysis.

- Leverage - Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and VBA for data visualization and analytics.

- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to firm-wide efficiency and automation projects.

What We're Looking For:

- 12-18 years of experience in Credit Underwriting / Credit Risk / Credit Rating / Leveraged Finance.

- Strong leadership experience (minimum 3 years of team handling).

- MBA / MSc Finance- from a premier institution.

- Deep expertise in accounting, financial concepts, and investment banking tools (Factset, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.)
