Vice President - Credit - Real Estate Evaluation - BFS - CA

CA with 7-8 yrs of work experience and at-least 3 years in Real Estate evaluation, assessment & due diligence is required.

- Responsible for Assessment & evaluation of leads. To identify potential borrowers & provide credit based.

- Responsible for Evaluation & documentation of initial assessment of leads

- Conduct internal due diligence (Financial Due Diligence).

- Review & document external due diligence reports.

- Account monitoring by holding regular client discussions and evaluating information/documents provided by them.

- Term sheet preparation.
