VP/Country Head (BPO/RPO)

To ensure growth, profitability and successful long-term operations of the organization with complete P&L responsibility and to grow current business aggressively and build new businesses. Constantly create and evolve long-term and short-term strategies for growth.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Ultimate Accountability for the operations and financial results of the Indian Entity

- Successfully grow the existing business while aggressively seeking new business relationships.

- Manage and grow the gross earnings and profitability of the company.

- Prepare and review adequate plan for the control of targeted outputs, budget spending, efficiency, and customer service and manpower utilization.

- Reviews performance against operating plans and standards. Provide directives to subordinates on interpretation of results and approve changes in the direction of plans.

- Implement new clients.

- Operate and effectively manage the 3 hubs of the company across India.

- Develop and present to the CEO/Board matters requiring a decision.

- Working closely with the Senior US Management teams to develop new strategies to optimize existing resourced in order to maximise ROI.

- Regular Analysis reports to be made & shared with the US Teams with regards to Manpower, Systems, Processes etc.

- Attending online meetings & Con call with both the Sr. members of the Indian & US team to give or take regular updates on any Operational related queries.

- Develop and recommend corporate operations policy within the Operations Department.

- Define and recommend objectives in each area of Operations. Develop specific short-term and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting budget requests and financial estimates.

- Prepare cost control Reports, Cost estimates, Manpower and facilities requirements forecasts.

- Present monthly reports on performance for Rhythm of Business and other review meetings / discussion as requested by the CEO/Board.

- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments of the organization in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.

- Review major projects of Operations involving major functional changes within the Department's functional areas.

- Develops plans for new areas of technology with sufficient planning for areas that support the mission of the organization within Operations.

- Serve as a role model in professional attitude, knowledge, demeanour, and execution of duties.

- Maintain close relationship with the team for the successful running of business.

- Adhere to rules always governing confidentiality and compliance. Understand and comply with policies and procedures.

- Select and maintain qualified personnel in all positions reporting directly and recommends compensation for them.

- Direct, monitor, and appraise the performance of immediate reporters.

- Identify training needs, initiates development of subordinates, recommend effective personnel action.

- Maintain appropriate communication within area of responsibility.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Master's in business administration from reputed institute and Should have 20 plus years of experience at a Senior Leadership with a proven track record & possesses a deep understanding of the market and the industry.

2. Should have worked with BPO/RPO/ ITES / IT companies in previous assignments.

3. Your local insights and connections would be invaluable.

4. Align your strategy with your overall global business goals, ensuring a cohesive approach.

5. Should have experience in budgeting and financial planning.

6. Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.

7. Participative management type- advocates team Concept.

8. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities: Tactfully & with Maturity.

9. Enhance job-related knowledge and skills to improve performance and should possess the ability to adjust to any kind of Paradigm Shifts/Change

10. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive- And to be able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.

11. Should be extremely articulate & eloquent, especially when dealing with the US Counterparts.

12. Good Communication Skills both written & verbal is a must.

13. Ability to thrive in a highly pressurized environment & motivate Peers & Team members to do the same.
