Overseeing the operations of the company in the interim management

Identifying areas of leakages and put controls to stop them

Liasioning with vendors, suppliers, buyers and employees for smooth functioning of the company during interim management

To ensure alignment of strategies of various business units and support functions

Environment Scanning - market & competitive analysis, scenario planning

Provide support in making strategy for debt resolution and value maximization
